Course content
The course consists of sections on the peculiarities of plant growth and development processes, their basic patterns and regulation at the cellular, intercellular and organismal levels. The course examines the cellular foundations of growth and morphogenesis, the phenomena of photoperiodism and vernalization, the importance of the phytochrome system, regeneration and periodicity of growth, and methods of plant reproduction.
