PR23. Be able to use fundamental concepts and categories of state formation in production and social activities to substantiate one's own worldview and political beliefs, taking into account the processes of the socio-political history of Ukraine, legal principles and ethical norms.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
а.Before studying this course, students must know the basic stages and characteristics of the historical process; basic general scientific theories and research methods; laws of logic and basic requirements for correct thinking; main works of classical Ukrainian literature and foreign literature.
b. Be able to collect and interpret information about certain phenomena, phenomena or processes; determine the patterns and features of research subjects.
с. Have basic skills in research and information management; critical thinking and forecasting in relation to historical, socio-political, economic, cultural and artistic events and phenomena; use of foreign language professional information sources.
Course content
Within the framework of the discipline the subject, tasks, theoretical bases, methodologies, main directions and problems of rhetoric as a science are determined. The aim of the discipline is to reveal the basic concepts, processes of origin, development and transformation in the chronological and semantic understanding of rhetoric as a science; education of a highly developed, harmonious personality, dialectically thinking, with high-quality speech, effective communication; formation of a stable system of knowledge about theoretical and practical aspects of communicative activity and oratory.
