Course content
The discipline "Immunoanalysis in Biotechnology" covers the study of the main theoretical and practical aspects of modern immunological methods, which can find their practical application in the biotechnology industry, or be the object of biotechnological development and production. The purpose of teaching the academic discipline "Immunoanalysis in Biotechnology" is to provide students with fundamental knowledge in the field of immunochemistry, as well as the formation of relevant practical skills in the application of immunological methods and the features of interpreting results. A set of laboratory works and practical classes, developed in accordance with the theoretical material of the discipline, is aimed at developing practical skills in students in reproducing the main methods of immunoanalysis, such as serological methods, solid-phase enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, immunoblotting, immunoelectrophoresis, etc.
