PR06. Apply models, methods and data of physics, chemistry, ecology, mathematics in the process of training and ensuring professional activities. PR09. Comply with the provisions of biological ethics, rules of biological safety and biological protection in the process of training and professional activities. PR19. Apply in practical activities methods for determining the structural and functional characteristics of biological systems at different levels of organization. PR20. To justify the choice of methods, algorithms for planning and conducting field, laboratory, clinical and laboratory research, including mathematical methods and software for conducting research, processing and presenting results. PR24. Analyze the physicochemical properties and functional role of biological macromolecules and molecular complexes of living organisms, the nature of their interaction with ions, molecules and radicals, their structure and energetics of processes

1. Successful mastery of scientific, theoretical and practical material of academic disciplines taught to students of the educational level "Bachelor": "Immunology", "Microbiology", "General Cytology", "General Histology", "Biochemistry", "Physiology and Anatomy of Humans and Animals", "Biophysics", etc. 2. The ability to independently apply knowledge of the basics of anatomy, histology and cytology, general immunology, physiology and biophysics and other disciplines to solve specific scientific and practical problems; participate in disputes and competently justify one's point of view. 3. Possession of elementary skills of independent search for information when working with scientific and scientific-methodical literature, and the ability to generalize it.

The academic discipline "Methodology of Experimental Research in Microbiology" is a component of the educational program for professional training of specialists at the "Bachelor" educational level.The discipline is selective and is dedicated to the study of preparative, analytical, and preparative-analytical methods for obtaining and analyzing biological macromolecules, subcellular components, and cells, based on the dependence of the physical characteristics of a substance on its structure and chemical composition. The discipline is also designed to create an understanding of the principles of applying these methods and forming a methodological strategy based on them for solving problems in microbiological fundamental research and in laboratory diagnostics.
