Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. Successful mastering of disciplines "Cytology", "Histology", "Biology of individual development", "Molecular biology", "Biochemistry", "Genetics". "Human and animal physiology", "Immunology". 2. Ability to independently apply knowledge of cytology, histology, molecular biology, biochemistry, genetics, etc. disciplines for solving specific scientific and practical problems; work with scientific and scientific-methodical literature. 3. Possession of basic skills of systems analysis.
Course content
The discipline "Cytochemistry" is a basic cytological discipline that highlights the principles of structural-functional and molecular organization of cells and tissues. It also covers the relationship between cytochemical and morpho-functional changes in cells with changes in their physiological state, at different stages of development, in normal and in pathology. The course shows the possibilities of applying knowledge about the biochemical composition of cells and its organelles to solve practical problems of biology and medicine.
