Course content
The academic discipline "Methodology of Experimental Research in Immunology" is a component of the educational program for professional training of specialists at the "Bachelor" educational level. The discipline is selective and is dedicated to the study of preparative, analytical and preparative-analytical methods for obtaining and analyzing biological macromolecules, subcellular components and cells, based on the dependence of the physical characteristics of a substance on its structure and chemical composition. The discipline is also designed to create an idea of the principles of applying these methods and the formation of a methodological strategy based on them for solving problems in immunological fundamental research and in laboratory diagnostics.
