Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. To know the main aspects of the formation and development of trust and trust, their classification, legal nature and content; literary sources on legal regulation, acts of civil legislation regulating trust and trust relations, as well as the practice of their application. 2. be able to evaluate and define the role and objectives of trust and trust, to distinguish and give a legal description of their individual types. 3. Possess the skills to prepare trust and trust deeds, taking into account the peculiarities of the practical situation, and to resolve disputes arising from these structures using legal methods.
Course content
The forms of teaching and teaching methods of this discipline are aimed at conducting a legal study of trust and trust used in law enforcement practice and studying theoretical and practical issues related to these legal structures. The discipline provides a general description of trust ownership and trust; legal regulation of their creation, implementation and termination; characteristics of the peculiarities of the types of trust ownership and trust. The course of the discipline provides for an in-depth study of the law of Ukraine and foreign countries on trust and trust, legal literature, basic concepts and special terminology.

Assessment methods and criteria
Оцінці підлягають: рівень знань, продемонстрований у відповіді; активність при обговоренні питань; систематичність роботи на заняттях; результати виконання домашніх завдань. Пропущені з поважних причин семінарські заняття студент може відпрацювати. Студент, який не досяг мінімального порогового рівня оцінки (24 бали) тих результатів навчання, які не можуть бути оцінені під час підсумкового контролю, може бути недопущений до підсумкового оцінювання. Підсумкове оцінювання - письмовий залік або усний залік (з можливим використанням інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій) (максимальний бал - 60).
