Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. To know the current housing and civil legislation of Ukraine, in particular, the Civil Code of Ukraine, the Housing Code of Ukraine, special scientific literature, the recommended list of which is contained in this curriculum, as well as judicial practice in resolving housing disputes; 2. To be able to freely operate with the conceptual and categorical apparatus in discussing and resolving problem situations; to apply the rules in the field of regulation of housing relations, to draft contracts and procedural documents in the field of housing relations.
3. Possess basic skills in drafting legal documents and using legal methods to resolve disputes arising in connection with the protection of housing rights.
Course content
The academic discipline is a part of the cycle of professional training for applicants for the Master's degree in Law. The system of the course "Investment Relations in Housing" consists of two parts (modules).
The main components of the discipline are the formation of competencies aimed at: collecting, integrated analysis and synthesis of materials from various sources and checking their reliability using modern research methods; discourse on complex legal issues, proposing and justifying options for their solution; generating new ideas and using modern technologies in the provision of legal services; analysis and evaluation of the practice of applying certain legal institutions in the field of housing investment.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods
Lectures, seminars, independent work of students based on textbooks, notes, methodological recommendations, consultations with the teacher
Assessment methods and criteria
The forms of student assessment include: express survey; colloquium; report; testing (select the correct ones from a set of judgments); module test; case study.
The minimum score to be obtained by a student on the relevant forms of assessment during the semester is 24 points, the maximum score is 40 points.
During the current control during seminars, the following are subject to evaluation: the level of knowledge demonstrated by the student in the answer, activity in discussing the issues of the seminar, systematic work in the classroom, and the results of homework.
Final assessment: written test or oral test (with the possible use of information and communication technologies) (maximum score - 60).
