Achievement by students of such competencies, in particular: the ability to conduct research on reproductive law issues at the appropriate level; the ability to generate new ideas in the field of reproductive law in the absence of detailed legal regulation; the ability to work in an international context and take into account trends in the development of reproductive law in the world and in Ukraine; the ability to justify and motivate legal decisions, to give detailed legal arguments for resolving cases in the field of reproductive law

Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. Knowledge of literary sources on the problems of legal support of relations in the field of reproductive law, acts of civil legislation governing the relations of participants in relevant legal relations and the practice of resolving relevant disputes; 2. Ability to substantiate and motivate legal decisions in the field of reproductive law, to give detailed legal arguments; 3. Possess skills in the use of scientific theories and concepts in the field of reproductive law, as well as acquired practical knowledge in conducting research.
Course content
The forms of teaching and teaching methods of this discipline are aimed at mastering foreign sources on reproductive law (including doctrinal and provisions of national legislation, foreign judicial practice), as well as acquiring practical skills in solving problems arising in the exercise of reproductive rights. The course of the discipline provides for an intensive study of reproductive law by students comparing its provisions with the relevant provisions of civil laws and doctrines of other developed countries, as well as its interaction with international legal norms.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods
Lectures, seminars, self-study work of the student on the basis of textbooks, abstracts, methodical recommendations, consultations with the teacher.
Assessment methods and criteria
In seminar classes, the current control of a student's knowledge of the discipline includes: reports (speeches on a given topic) - from 10 to 15 points; supplementing the report - from 5 to 7 points; solving a case - from 5 to 8 points; abstract - from 4 to 10 points. The following are subject to evaluation: the level of knowledge demonstrated in the answer; activity in discussing issues; systematic work in the classroom; results of homework. A student who has not reached the minimum threshold level of assessment (24 points) of those learning outcomes that cannot be assessed during the final control may not be allowed to take the final assessment. The final assessment of student knowledge takes place during a written test (with the possible use of information and communication technologies (maximum score - 60).
