Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. To know the main aspects of the state of civil, labor and private international law, the main directions of their development; literary sources on topical issues of civil, labor and private international law, legislative acts and other sources regulating these legal relations, as well as the practice of their application. 2. be able to evaluate and define the role and objectives of civil, labor and international private law rules, to distinguish and give legal characteristics of their individual types. 3. Possess the skills to determine civil legal relations, labor legal relations and applicable law to the content of private legal relations with a foreign element, taking into account the peculiarities of the practical situation and using legal methods to resolve disputes arising in civil, labor and private international law.
Course content
The forms of teaching and teaching methods of this discipline are aimed at conducting an in-depth legal analysis of the provisions of civil, labor and private international law, acquiring practical skills in solving real-life situations, their correct legal interpretation, and developing proposals for improving current legislation. The course of the discipline involves intensive study of civil, labor and private international law by students comparing its provisions with the relevant provisions of laws and doctrines of other developed countries, as well as its interaction with international legal norms.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods
Lectures, seminars, independent work of students based on textbooks, notes, methodological recommendations, and consultations with the teacher.
Assessment methods and criteria
The forms of student assessment include: express survey; colloquium; report; testing (select the correct ones from a set of judgments); module test; case study. The minimum score to be obtained by a student on the relevant forms of assessment during the semester is 24 points, the maximum score is 40 points. During the current control during seminars, the following are subject to evaluation: the level of knowledge demonstrated by the student in the answer, activity in discussing the issues of the seminar, systematic work in the classroom, and the results of homework. Final assessment: written or oral examination (with the possible use of information and communication technologies) with a maximum score of 60.
