Formation of various competencies in students, in particular: the ability to think abstractly, analyze and synthesize housing investment issues; the ability to conduct research at the appropriate level on housing investment; the ability to search, process and analyze information from various sources of housing law; the ability to analyze and evaluate the impact of the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms, as well as the practice of the ECHR on the development of the legal system and law enforcement in Ukraine through the prism of the subject matter of the discipline; the ability to

1. To know the current housing and civil legislation of Ukraine, in particular, the Civil Code of Ukraine, the Housing Code of Ukraine, special scientific literature, the recommended list of which is contained in this curriculum, as well as judicial practice in resolving housing disputes; 2. To be able to freely operate with the conceptual and categorical apparatus in discussing and resolving problem situations; to apply the rules in the field of regulation of housing relations, to draft contracts and procedural documents in the field of housing relations. 3. Possess basic skills in drafting legal documents and using legal methods to resolve disputes arising in connection with the protection of housing rights.

The academic discipline is a part of the cycle of professional training for applicants for the Master's degree in Law. The system of the course "Investment Relations in Housing" consists of two parts (modules). The main components of the discipline are the formation of competencies aimed at: assessing the reliability of information and the reliability of sources, effectively processing and using information for research and practice; generating new ideas and using modern technologies in the provision of legal services; using advanced knowledge and techniques in the process of lawmaking and law enforcement in the field of housing relations; integrating the necessary knowledge and solving complex law enforcement problems.

Lectures, seminars, self-studying work of the student on the basis of textbooks, abstracts, methodical recommendations, consultations with the teacher

The minimum score to be obtained by a student on the relevant assessment forms during the semester is 24 points. The maximum score that a student can receive as a result of studying during the semester is 40 points. If a student does not reach the minimum threshold level of assessment (24 points), the teacher who conducted the seminar classes and accepted the workshops addresses the Director of the Institute of Law with a submission in which he or she records the student's failure to fulfill the individual curriculum. Based on the results of the final control form (test), a student can receive a maximum of 60 points.
