PR01. Collect, process and analyze information in the region of Earth Sciences. PR06. Determine the main ones characteristics, processes, history and composition of the Earth as a planet system and its geosphere. PR10. Analyze composition and structure geospheres on different spatial time scales.

Full-time form

1. Successful completion of a school course in physics and physical geography. 2. Knowledge of the theoretical foundations of physics, physical geography, skills establish cause-and-effect relationships between phenomena and processes that occur in the natural environment. 3. Mastery of information synthesis and analysis methods.

The discipline is devoted to study the earth's atmosphere. The course consists of two content modules. The first is devoted to the study of the composition and structure of the atmosphere, solar, terrestrial and atmospheric radiation, the thermal regime of the atmosphere, the surface of the soil and water bodies, as well as water atmospheric regime. In the second module, issues of formation and distribution of precipitation, atmospheric baric field, wind regime, air masses and atmospheric fronts, atmospheric circulation over different latitudes, climatic factors.
