            Learning outcomes
        
        
            PLO 2. Identify problems in the organization and justify methods of solving them. PLO 6. Have the skills to make, justify and ensure the implementation of management decisions in unpredictable conditions, taking into account the requirements of applicable law, ethical considerations, and social responsibility. PLO 7. Organize and implement effective communication within the team, with representatives of various professional groups, and in the international context. PLO 10. Be able to analyze and structure the problems of organizations of different types of economic activity, make management decisions and provide conditions for their implementation. PLO 17. Apply modern methodological and methodological tools for managing consulting projects, justify management decisions on the development, implementation, and monitoring of consulting changes in the client organization.

            Prerequisites and co-requisites
        
        
            1. Knowledge of management of organizations and problems of administration; basics of project management; basics of economic theory and economic policy.
2. Ability to analyze the causes and consequences of the impact of social, economic, informational, cultural conditions on the individual, the peculiarities of its formation and socialization; identify patterns of group functioning, analyze interpersonal interaction, forecast management decisions.
3. Have basic skills in predicting human behavior, variability of interpersonal communication. 
        
    
            Course content
        
        
            The discipline belongs to the list of selective and is aimed at studying modern theories of conflict, the rules of systematic analysis of economic and managerial conflicts. Forms the professional thinking of a manager-manager who studies psychological approaches that explain the course of conflict at different stages of its development, helps to choose ways and methods of personal correction of their attitude to conflict and behavior in it, methods of psychological assistance in long and destructive situations.

            Problem-oriented learning: lectures; seminars; discussion; consideration of practical situations; performance of situational tasks; performance and presentation of group and individual tasks; consultations; independent work.
        
    
            Assessment methods and criteria
        
        
            The final control is carried out in the form of a written test, which is evaluated with a maximum of 20 points and is conducted in one of the last seminars in the discipline. The final grade in the student's discipline is presented based on the results of work during the semester as the sum of points obtained during the academic semester, including points obtained for independent work and the final test. Learning outcomes that are assessed during the test are LO 1.1. - 4.1.
