Learning outcomes
PLO 3. Design effective management systems for organizations. PLO 10. Demonstrate leadership skills and ability to work in a team, interact with people, influence their behavior to solve professional problems. PLO 11. Provide personal professional development and planning of own time. PLO 20. Identify existing and develop new methods and tools of management, describe the procedure for their implementation for effective management of organizations by the uncertainty of the conditions and demands of their environment.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. Know: the basic principles of enterprise operation; general logic and specific tools of management; basics of philosophy, psychology, sociology, law, economic theory, finance, business economics, project management, innovation; theoretical and practical principles and tools of strategic management; main financial and economic indicators of the enterprise. 2. Have the skills to diagnose the environment; analysis and synthesis, processing and presentation of statistical data; work with internal documentation of enterprises; evaluating the effectiveness of enterprises; development and implementation of enterprise strategy.
Course content
Theoretical-methodological and methodical principles of management in the XXI century, the essence of innovative (innovative) management methods, and their relationship with other categories of management are covered. Conceptual approaches to self-organization, self-management, and professional and personal development (acmeology) of a modern leader are revealed. The practical tools of the leader-innovator are studied, in particular: creative management, inclusive leadership, involvement management, flexible and adaptive management; gender and cultural factors of governance. Particular attention is paid to management methods and tools in the context of digitalization of activities; practical skills of realization of directions of administrative activity are formed.

Problem-oriented learning: lectures, seminars, discussion, consideration of situational and practical tasks, conducting a business game, creative individual tasks, consultations, independent work
Assessment methods and criteria
Forms of student assessment: (max. Points 60 / min. Points 36) 1. Survey, discussion and solution of tests, situational, practical, case tasks - 30 points / 18 points; 2. Independent work - creative and analytical individual tasks, group tasks - 30 points / 18 points; - final assessment in the form of an exam
