Англійською PLO 2. Identify problems in the organization and justify methods of solving them. PLO 3. Design effective management systems for organizations. PLO 10. Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. Know the basic principles of enterprise operation; general logic and specific tools of management; basics of philosophy, psychology, sociology, law, economic theory, finance, business economics, project management; theoretical and practical principles and tools of strategic management; main financial and economic indicators of the enterprise. 2. Have the skills to diagnose the environment; analysis and synthesis, process, and presentation of statistical data; work with internal documentation of enterprises; evaluate the effectiveness of enterprises; development and implementation of enterprise strategy.
Course content
Theoretical and methodological principles of management as the basis for the formation of a system of management tools are highlighted; the essence of modern management methods and their relationship with other categories of management; specifics of the problem-oriented fund of management methods of the organization. Conceptual approaches to self-management are revealed; managerial reflection; national and gender aspects of management in the context of globalization; digitalization of management activities. Practical skills of realization of the basic directions are formed in management activities.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods
Problem-oriented learning: lectures, seminars, discussion, consideration of practical and situational tasks, case studies, work in small groups, conducting business games, individual practical tasks, creative tasks, consultations, independent work.
Assessment methods and criteria
Forms of student assessment: (max. Points 60 / min. Points 36) 1. Survey and solution of situational, case problems - 20 points / 12 points; 2. Independent work - analytical and calculation individual task - 40 points / 24 points; - final assessment in the form of an exam
