1. Successful mastering of accounting and analytical disciplines.
2. Knowledge of economic and financial analysis.
3. Ability to apply statistical methods.
Course content
Getting acquainted with the features of the methodology of strategic analysis and mastering their basic methods and techniques. The following main topics are considered:
1. Content module I. Methods and models of strategic analysis, which considers the methodological principles of strategic analysis, as well as methodological support of strategic analysis.
2. Content module II. Techniques of strategic analysis in decision-making, which considers methods and models of strategic decision-making in conditions of certainty and uncertainty.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods
The purpose of the discipline - is the formation of the necessary knowledge of methods and techniques of strategic analysis, forecasting and strategic decision-making, as well as the development of skills and abilities of strategic analysis and forecasting.
Assessment methods and criteria
Forms of student assessment:
- semester assessment of 60 points maximum / 36 points minimum:
1. Preparation of the presentation - 10 points / 6 points
2. Performing practical exercises 10 points / 6 points
3. Test work №1; №2 - 10 points / 12 points.
4. Preparation and defense of the calculation and analytical project - 20 points / 12 points
- final assessment in the form of an exam
