Learning outcomes
PLO3 Communicate freely on professional and scientific issues in Ukrainian and foreign languages orally and in writing. PLO19 To apply the methods of research of international and global markets, to substantiate effective exit and activity strategies on this basis.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. Know: lexical and grammatical bases of oral and written business English of business, management, and finance. 2. Have the skills of analytical processing information, processing and visualization of statistical data, digitalized processing of business data in Ukrainian and English.
Course content
The curriculum consists of six content modules. Content module 1 "Current Problems of International Trade Activity", in which the current state of the trade industry and the state and problems of its regulation are considered, the main types of documentation are studied. Content module 2 "Management of International Trade Activities", which examines the assessment of trade efficiency, analyzes the risk system and studies the basics of professional communication in the field of trade. Content module 3 "International Trade Organizations. Legal Documents in the Framework of Globalization", which analyzes the role of globalization in trade activities, examines different types of international organizations and their activities, and examines various international contracts. Content module 4 "Features of Financing of International Trade (Export and Import Banks, Features of Settlements, Clearing Settlements)" in which various types of calculations in the field of trade and logistics are studied. Content module 5 "Financial Documentation, Business Correspondence. Risks of International Trade. Insurance", which examines issues of investment, risk management and provides the basics of business correspondence. Content module 6 "Ability to Negotiate in the Field of International Trade", which analyzes the cultural and speech aspect of entering negotiations.

Assessment methods and criteria
he final control is carried out in the form of a written test, which is estimated at a maximum of 20 points and is made at one of the last seminars in the discipline. Projects assessment criteria: Individual project - 20 points each; Project text - essay (10 points); Project presentation slides (5 points); Oral presentation of the project 1 (5 points); Team project - 20 points each; Project text – report (10 points); Project presentation slides (5 points); Oral presentation of the project (5 points)
