Successful completion of the "Management" course. Knowledge of decision-making technologies. MS Office skills.
Course content
The discipline " Personnel management " consists of the following sections: Content module 1. "Theoretical foundations of personnel management. Management technologies of personnel formation". Personnel management as a field of professional activity. Personnel management service. Content of personnel planning. Recruitment and selection technologies.
Content module 2. "Management technologies for the development and effective use of personnel." Tasks of personnel development. Methods and forms of education. Stages and models of career implementation. Criteria and methods of personnel evaluation. Regulation of personnel release processes. Performance indicators of personnel management.
