Learning outcomes
PLO 16. To be able to use data, provide argumentation, critically evaluate logic and draw conclusions from scientific and analytical texts on economics and economic policy. PLO 17. To perform multidisciplinary analysis of socio-economic phenomena and problems in one or more professional fields, taking into account risks and possible socio-economic consequences. PLO 21. To be able to think abstractly, apply analysis and synthesis to identify the key characteristics of economic systems of various levels, as well as the peculiarities of their subjects' behavior. PLO 22. To demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in new situations, in working with new objects and in uncertain conditions. PRS23. Course content
The program consists of: Module 1 «Organizational and economic aspects of analysis of business processes at enterprise» is devoted to the study of basic technologies of business process modeling in modern notations, as well as building a matrix of responsibility of business processes of the enterprise Module 2 «Analysis and documentation of business processes at the enterprise» considers documentation and analysis as well as optimization of the main business processes of the enterprise

Lectures, seminars, independent work, reports, participation in discussions, Case study, project work, modeling, performing practical exercises; calculation, defense and modeling of the business process.

Semester evaluation 100 points maximum / 60 points minimum: Participation in seminars ((РН1; 1; 1.2; 3;4) theoretical discussions, case studies, performances, participation in didactic games) - 30 points / 20 points 2. Preparation of the report (РН1; 1; 1.2; 3) - 5 points / 3 points 3. Practical exercises (РН1; 1; 1.2; 3;4) 10 points / 5 points 4. Business Process Development (РН 1; 1.2; 3;4) 10 points / 6 points 5. Control work (РН 1; 1.2; 3;4 ) - 15 points / 8 points 5.
