Learning outcomes
PL11. To determine the directions of increasing the efficiency of formation of financial resources, their distribution and control of the use at the level of enterprises of different organizational and legal forms of ownership. PL15. Possess general scientific and special methods of research of socio-economic phenomena and economic processes at the enterprise. PL16. Possess and apply knowledge of state and foreign languages for the formation of business papers and communication in professional activities.

Developed English language proficiency at the level B1 of European language standard.
Course content
The curriculum consists of four content modules (M): M1 contains topics on the culture of English-language business communication; the topic of M2 is devoted to the structural features of organizations, their development and functioning; M3 reveals the features of customer service management; MR4 is devoted to the features of operations management: supply management, quality management, marketing: marketing strategies.

Assessment methods and criteria
Semester assessment of such types of work as: discussions, surveys, projects, modular tests are carried out during classes that take place on schedule.
The student's independent work consists in the systematic processing of relevant texts and electronic resources. The mastered material is subject to verification at each practical lesson in the form of an oral interview and discussion.
Missed classes are completed by the student performing the relevant tasks in the discipline, which were not performed due to his absence.
* In case of additional issues and difficult situations during the educational process, their solution is carried out with reference to the principles of the Regulations on the organization of the educational process at the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
