Learning outcomes
PLO3. Communicate freely on professional and scientific issues in the state and a foreign language orally and in writing. PLO6. Assess personal performance, demonstrate leadership skills and the ability to manage staff and work as part of a team. PLO7. Choose effective methods of management of economic activity, to substantiate the offered decisions on the basis of relevant data and scientific and applied researches. PLO16. Select and analyze optimal economic and mathematical models at the micro and macro levels.

Knowledge of the theoretical foundations of the disciplines "Economic Theory", "History of Economics and Economic Thought", "Microeconomics".
Course content
The course structure has two modules: Content module 1. «General prerequisites of macroeconomic equilibrium». 1. Macroeconomics as a science 2 Model of macroeconomic circulation 3 Macroeconomic indicators in the system of national accounts 4 Macroeconomic analysis of aggregate demand and aggregate supply 5 Consumption and savings 6 Private investments. The theory of multiplier - accelerator 7 National market of goods and its equilibrium 8 The money market and problems of its equilibrium 9 National labor market and its interaction with commodity and money markets Content module 2. «Macroeconomic instability and state regulation of the economy». 10 Macroeconomic instability: cyclicality of economic development 11 Macroeconomic instability: inflation and unemployment 12 Economic growth 13 The state in the system of macroeconomic regulation 14 Monetary and credit policy of the state 15 Fiscal policy of the state 16 Macroeconomic policy in an open economy
