Course content
The course "Physics with the basics of astronomy" includes the study of sections: classical mechanics, molecular physics, electrodynamics, optics, atomic and nuclear physics. The main attention of the course is given to the consideration of the physical content of the main concepts, laws and phenomena. As part of the course, students get to know classical and modern music achievements of physics. The course pays special attention to the application of laws physics to describe and explain natural phenomena of interest to students of the Faculty of Geography. Students at practical classes on the course have the ability to solve problems that are also of geophysical interest.
