Prerequisites and co-requisites
Successful mastering of school subjects "History of Ukraine", "World History", "Biology". Ability to independently apply knowledge of a foreign language, medical chemistry, human anatomy, etc. disciplines for solving specific scientific and practical problems; work with scientific and scientific-methodical literature. Possession of basic skills of systems analysis.
Course content
The course consists of two sections, each of which is devoted to explaining certain aspects of the learning process. The first chapter is devoted to the study of the history of medicine. The history of medicine is one of the theoretical disciplines in the field of medicine. The history of medicine gives an idea about the origin of the entire modern complex of knowledge in this field. The second chapter presents modern knowledge about the history of human eating behavior and the modern foundations of healthy nutrition. A system of educational tools, with the help of which students will be able to understand the historical aspects and current problems of nutrition. Also, the therapeutic and preventive effect of healthy food and a healthy lifestyle on the human body. Acquiring competence in the conditions of the global obesity epidemic is important in the process of professional training of students and their personal health.
