PR04 Know the legal and ethical standards for the assessment of professional activity, development of social implementation of socially significant environmental projects in the face of conflicting requirements PR05 Demonstrate the ability to organize collective activities and implement comprehensive environmental projects, taking into account available resources and time constraints PR08 Be able to communicate clearly and unambiguously professional knowledge, own justifications and conclusions to specialists and the general public PR11 Be able to use modern information resources on ecology, nature management and environmental protection. PR14 Apply new approaches to developing decision-making strategies in difficult unpredictable conditions. PR20 To have the basics of environmental research and environmental expert assessment of environmental impact.

Full-time form

1) availability of knowledge of jurisprudence, as well as mastering the normative course "Environmental Law of Ukraine"; knowledge of the main environmental and legal categories and institutions, the system of environmental law and legislation of Ukraine; 2) the ability to analyze the content of the provisions of legislative acts, to find and apply the relevant rules of law, to interpret their content; formulate their own conclusions on the legality or illegality of relevant actions, events, etc .; 3) it is necessary to have basic skills of working with the base of the legislation of Ukraine, working with educational and scientific literature and personal computer.

The course "Legal forms of environmental control" is aimed at deepening and improving students' theoretical knowledge and practical skills and abilities to independently solve problems related to legal regulation in the field of various forms of control activities in the fields of natural resources, nature protection and ensuring environmental safety (environmental control).
