Learning outcomes
Upon completion of training in hygiene, the student must know:
- the main normative documents of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine regarding the organization of work of laboratory-diagnostic institutions of various profiles and their equipment with the necessary equipment, reagents, etc .;
- basic normative documents on the rules of safety, fire safety, industrial sanitation, anti-epidemic regime, which regulate the work of laboratory and diagnostic institutions of various profiles;
- principles of operation and rules of operation of the main types of measuring instruments, analyzers and other equipment used in clinical laboratory studies, equipment of functional-diagnostic rooms;

Prerequisites and co-requisites
Successful mastering of the disciplines "Cytology and Histology", "Human Anatomy", "Human Physiology", "Biological Chemistry", "Pathomorphology and Pathophysiology", "Hygiene with Hygienic Expertise".
Ability to independently apply knowledge of general cytology, histology, physiology and anatomy of man and animals, pathomorphology and pathophysiology, hygiene, etc. academic disciplines to solve specific scientific and practical problems; work with scientific and scientific-methodical literature.
Possession of basic skills of systems analysis.
Course content
The internship aims at comprehensive development of students of all types of professional activities in the specialty, the formation of general and professional competencies, as well as the acquisition of the necessary skills and experience of practical work.
Educational practice is a link between theoretical learning and independent practical activities of students. Educational practice in hygiene is one of the types of practical training in the specialty 224 "Technologies of medical diagnostics and treatment" and is designed for students of 4th year professional skills and abilities in the specialty, expanding and systematizing knowledge gained in special disciplines, gaining skills in structural units of health care institutions.

Semester assessment:
Assessment of the place of practice
- The student has completed all the tasks provided by the internship program in full.
- Reporting documentation (diary, report) is prepared according to the requirements and submitted in due time.
- The assessment of the head of the practice at the place of its implementation is "positive", without any remarks.
Ability to present results. Estimated:
- logic and correctness of teaching,
- compliance with the purpose and objectives of the practice,
- justification of the chosen topic (in the form of an essay, cover letter),
- reasoned answers to questions.
- The student correctly answered all test tasks.
Final assessment: in the form of a credit
