PRN 02. Determine the qualitative and quantitative composition of substances and their mixtures. Demonstrate the use of knowledge about morphological changes of tissues and organs for the diagnosis of pathological conditions, identify erroneous results and take measures to correct them. PRN 06. Verify the results of laboratory tests in the clinic of internal medicine (norm / pathology). PRN 21. Argue and promote the need to lead a healthy lifestyle. PRN 22. To apply knowledge of principles and stages of construction of a rational food taking into account age, features of labor activity and a mode of physical activity, features of use by an organism of various foodstuff.

Successful mastering of academic disciplines from all medical disciplines, both normative, in particular "Human Anatomy", "Normal Physiology", and special disciplines "Pharmacology", "Immunology", "Hepatology", etc. Ability to independently apply knowledge of basic disciplines (medical biology, medical and biological physics, bioorganic and biological chemistry, histology, cytology, embryology, virology, immunology and radiology), etc. disciplines for solving specific scientific and practical problems; work with scientific and scientific-methodical literature. Possession of basic skills of systems analysis.

The program of the discipline "Endocrinology with evaluation of research results", which is taught in the 3rd year, provides improvement of knowledge on current issues of theory and practice of the most common diseases and syndromes in endocrinology and related to diagnosis, differential diagnosis, treatment, healthy lifestyle and prevention of major diseases of the endocrine system. The thematic plan of lectures, practical classes and independent work reveals the problematic issues of endocrinology. It is also possible to master / get acquainted with the procedures most often used for the diagnosis and treatment of diseases of the endocrine system.
