PR05. Master the methods of observation at the operational level, description, identification, classification, cultivation of ornamental plants and plant garden and park groups, maintenance of their decorativeness, stability and stability in the conditions of an integrated green zone of the city.
PR09. Design and organize activities for the cultivation of planting material for ornamental woody plants in open and closed ground and form landscape gardening facilities in accordance with modern scientific methods and requirements of a customer

Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. Successful mastering of the educational disciplines "Biology of plants", "Latin language and professional terminology", "Occupational safety and life safety during horticultural works".
2. Be able to independently apply knowledge of plant morphology, taxonomy, ecology, etc. academic disciplines for solving specific scientific and practical problems; work with scientific and professional literature.
3. Have basic skills of working in open ground conditions.
Course content
The academic discipline "Dendrology" is a compulsory academic discipline that forms the student's knowledge system on woody plants used in landscape gardening: their life forms, taxonomy, morphological features, environmental requirements.
