PR08. Know and understand basic terms, concepts, theories and laws in the field biological sciences and on the border of the subject industries PR10. Know the basics of systematics, methods detection and identification of non-cellular life forms, prokaryotes and eukaryotes and apply them for specific solutions biological tasks. PR11. Understand structural organization biological systems at the molecular level. PR12. Demonstrate knowledge of the structure, life processes and functions of the living organisms, to understand the mechanisms of regulation physiological functions for maintenance homeostasis of biological systems. PR15. Analyze forms of relationships between micro- and macro-organisms with defining the main directions of these processes.

Full-time form

1. Successful mastering of scientific-theoretical and practical material of academic disciplines taught to students of educational level "Bachelor". 2. Knowledge of the theoretical foundations of anatomy, microbiology, virology, botany, plant physiology and biochemistry. 3. Knowledge of the theoretical foundations of laboratory research of microbiological indicators. 4. Possession of basic skills in the use of microbiological methods to identify the causative agent of bacterial plant diseases. 5. The use of special literature to interpret the results obtained during studies of the causative agent of bacterial plant diseases.

The discipline is a basic discipline and is devoted to the study of the properties of phytopathogenic microorganisms, methods of diagnosing bacterial plant diseases; methods of isolation and identification of phytopathogenic microorganisms and methods of control of bacterial infections of plants. Representatives of phytopathogenic bacteria, their pathogenic properties, diseases they cause, the course of the infectious process of bacteriosis and means of preventing and controlling plant bacterioses are considered.
