Course content
The discipline "Fundamentals of postnatal ontogenesis" studies the main events of the post-embryonic period of ontogenesis of living organisms. The study of the discipline describes the main events of post-embryonic development in animals and humans: childhood, including metamorphosis, molting, growth, reproduction, aging, regeneration.
Their comparative analysis in humans and different groups of animals, mechanisms of regulation.
Features of early stages of post-embryonic development, patterns of growth in humans and different groups of animals under different environmental conditions, features and patterns of regeneration of different parts of the human body and experimental animals, the functioning of the sexually mature organism to reproduce, the basic patterns of aging to solve modern fundamental and applied problems in biology and medicine.
