Learning outcomes
The discipline forms students' knowledge of surface physics and plasma physics; understanding of physical phenomena and processes related to the movement of charged particles in a gas environment, plasma and on the solid surfaces.
Form of study
Full-time form
Prerequisites and co-requisites
The educational discipline "Laboratory of Physical Electronics" is related to the educational disciplines "Physics of plasma and plasma technologies", "Fundamentals of physical electronics", "Radio electronics", "Modeling of processes in plasma", which are taught at the Faculty of Radiophysics, Electronics and Computers computer systems.
Course content
The educational discipline "Laboratory of Physical Electronics" is a necessary component of forming the professional worldview of a specialist in the specialty "Applied Physics and Nanomaterials". It provides insight into the physical phenomena that accompany the movement of charged particles in vacuum, gas and plasma, and on the solid surfaces, and underlie the operation of many electronic devices.
