Learning outcomes
students' achievement of such competencies as: the ability to analyze and use other methods of researching corporate legislation of Ukraine and other countries; the ability to identify violations of corporate rights using an interdisciplinary approach and ethical standards; the ability to raise and solve problems related to the search for appropriate protection mechanisms, including out-of-court protection; the ability to draft documents in the field of corporate rights protection in a foreign language.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
Know the concept and types of civil rights, ways to protect civil rights, the concept and types of legal entities. - Be able to assess the actual circumstances of violations of civil rights, choose an effective means of protecting civil rights, analyze the main legal acts of Ukraine and the practice of their application. - Possess basic skills in preparing legal documents, taking into account the peculiarities of the practical situation, and resolve disputes using legal methods.
Course content
The forms of teaching and teaching methods of this discipline are aimed at conducting a legal analysis of corporate law provisions using modern technologies, as well as studying theoretical and practical issues related to the protection of corporate rights. The discipline studies the theory of corporate rights, the application of international treaties and regulations in this area, and the study of different views on the concept of corporate rights. The discipline involves the preparation of law enforcement documents in a foreign language and the resolution of complex practical situations based on ethical standards of professional activity.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods
Lectures, seminars, self-study work of the graduate student on the basis of textbooks, abstracts, methodical recommendations, consultations with the teacher.
Assessment methods and criteria
The forms of student assessment include: express survey; colloquium; report; testing (select the correct ones from a set of judgments); module test; case study. The minimum score to be obtained by a student on the relevant forms of assessment during the semester is 24 points, the maximum score is 40 points. During the current control during seminars, the following are subject to evaluation: the level of knowledge demonstrated by the student in the answer, activity in discussing the issues of the seminar, systematic work in the classroom, and the results of homework. The exam is conducted in the form of written work. The maximum number of points that a student can receive for completing the exam paper is 60 points. Retaking the results of the final assessment in order to improve the positive grade is not allowed.
