Learning outcomes
3. to analyze cultural rights and human freedoms, forms and mechanisms of their identification, inculturation, cultural adaptation, taking into account their regional specifics. 5. to organize and maintain communication with the authorities, research institutions, information and analytical services, mass media about the culture. 6. to communicate fluently in official and foreign languages orally and in writing to discuss professional issues, presentation of research results and projects. 12. to collect, analyze and evaluate empirical facts and interpret them in according to modern theoretical ideas of the relevant field of cultural studies. 13. to plan and carry out scientific and applied research in the field of cultural studies, to generate and test hypotheses, to collect evidence and argue conclusions. 14. to work out educational and methodical support and to teach educational courses on cultural studies in educational institutions.

Successful mastering of the courses "History of Philosophy", "Theoretical and Practical Philosophy", "Theory of Cognition", "Philosophy and Methodology of Science" and knowledge of the theoretical foundations of professional disciplines.

Concepts, system and sources of law intellectual property Copyright and related rights Industrial property rights

Assessment methods and criteria
1. Oral presentation, additions and participation in discussions at seminars: 20/35 points; 2. Self-study (Presentation of the characteristic features of the scientific field): 13/20 points; 3. Self-study (Analysis of methodological principles of own bachelor's research): 13/20 points; 4. Test : 2/5 points. 5. Final test: 12/20 points. The semester number of points (maximum 100) is formed by the points obtained by the student in the process of mastering the material from the entire course. The general assessment for the semester consists of points obtained for classroom work (oral reports, additions and participation in discussions at seminars), tests and independent work.
