Learning outcomes
PRN2. To solve complex problems of the development of the system of local self-government, public management and administration as a whole, taking into account the requirements of the legislation, to identify legal conflicts and problems, to develop projects of regulatory and legal acts to eliminate them. PRN5. Determine the priority areas of implementation of electronic governance and development of electronic democracy in the system of local self-government. PRN8. To be able to communicate effectively, argue one's position, use modern information and communication technologies in the field of local self-government on the basis of social responsibility, legal and ethical norms.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. To know: the basic principles of globalization and economic integration, the activities of economic entities, including the state, in the conditions of globalization, the advantages and challenges of the functioning of the global economy; basics of regulatory and legal regulation of foreign trade in Ukraine; theoretical foundations of analysis and diagnosis of enterprise activity. 2. Be able to use analytical and statistical methods of processing economic information, work with national and international databases. 3. To have the skills of analysis, synthesis, processing and visualization of statistical data, working with the legal framework, design and presentation of data using Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.).

Topic 1. The World Trade Organization (WTO) as the main institution for managing international free trade: creation, functioning and historical context Topic 2. Basic decision-making principles in the context of international free trade Topic 3. The main instruments of regulation of international trade: GATT, GATS and TRIPS Topic 4. GATT exceptions to the general rules of international free trade Topic 5. Decision of the Council of the EU (CFSP) 2020/907 (as a real example regarding Ukraine) Topic 6. Activities of the UN in the context of international trade Topic 7. Formation of awareness of business and scientific communities regarding export control Topic 8. Organization of export control systems on the example of individual countries

Assessment methods and criteria
Knowledge control is carried out according to the ECTS system, which provides for a two-level assessment of the learned material, in particular, the assessment of theoretical training - learning outcomes (knowledge 1.1 - 1.3), which makes up 25% of the total grade for the semester, and the assessment of practical training - learning outcomes (skills 2.1 - 2.4; communication 3.1 – 3.2; autonomy 4.1 – 4.2, which is 75% of the total grade for the semester.
