PLO5. To find the best ways of effective interaction in a professional team and with representatives of other professional groups of different levels. PLO16. To use specialized conceptual knowledge of Turkish philology to solve complex problems and problems that require updating and integrating knowledge, often in conditions of incomplete / insufficient information and conflicting requirements. PLO19. Possess the necessary knowledge and skills to provide translation from Turkish into Ukrainian or English and vice versa at various stages of the judicial process, during conferences of various professional orientations and in other areas and fields of activity.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
Interdisciplinary links: Foreign language (English), theory of translation from English. Students must have a level of proficiency not lower than B2, as well as knowledge of translation theory, be able to practically apply modern methods of translation, and have elementary skills: application of theoretical knowledge of translation theory.
Course content
The aim of the translation practice with a break (English) is to consolidate the knowledge gained in the classes on translation theory and practice, practical application of modern translation methods; Summary of the course: Translation internship is a complex process that is an integral part of the training of specialists in the educational program "Oriental Philology, Western European Language and Translation: Turkish Language and Literature" for future professional activities, and is designed to ensure that students acquire professional translation skills as a translator from a foreign language. Translation practice contributes to the development of professional self-awareness, communication culture, and the formation of theoretical, practical, and personal and motivational components of students' professional competence. In addition, during the internship, students continue to develop translation skills and their own creative style of translation. The form of the internship is full-time/online.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods
Practical work: communication with the head of the internship, the head of the institution; translation of texts from the institutions of the internship; development of an individual schedule for work on translations; development of a work plan based on the internship.
Assessment methods and criteria
A student is admitted to the final assessment if he/she has completed all the work provided for in the plan. Types and forms of control: 1. Active practice: 48 - 80 points. 2. Compilation of credit documentation: 6 - 10 points. 3. Protection of reporting documentation: 6 - 10 points.
