Know linguo-stylistic and grammatical features of profession-oriented Ukrainian language (sphere of production, premises construction, facilities management, food sector, mechanization, etc.), use profession-oriented Ukrainian language in educational activities. Prerequisites and co-requisites
To successfully master the discipline, students should: 1.Know - peculiarities of Language teaching pedagogy and its branches; - features of pedagogical discourse; - a variety of strategies and methods of a language teacher; - age and psychological characteristics of students. 2.Be able to: - use monological and dialogical forms of speech in different communicative situations; - edit and correct Ukrainian speech; - prepare lessons and extracurricular activities for secondary school students. 3. Be proficient in using Ukrainian in different styles and registers.
Course content
The discipline is necessary for master's students to form professional communicative competence in master's students and to provide practical experience in mastering the strategies and tactics of a philologist teacher in pedagogical discourse, to develop the ability to communicate in Ukrainian in professional situations in the conditions of dialogic learning in a practical type secondary school. professional activity, designed to ensure the implementation of strategies and tactics of pedagogical discourse in the professional speech of a philologist teacher. purpose of this discipline is to develop the competence of Master’s students and to provide practical experience in mastering the strategies and tactics of philologist teachers and communicating in Ukrainian in professional situations of profession-oriented teaching. Abstract. This discipline provides speech training in simulated communication situations; is based on the fundamental rules of foreign and domestic linguistics, on a communicative approach to teaching; aims to ensure the development of oral and written speech of the teacher in the implementation of pedagogical discourse strategies; the ability to apply knowledge of the Ukrainian language in oral communication with students in different profession-oriented classes and schools, stakeholders of practical type school education; prepares to tackle communicative tasks in monologues and dialogues.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods
The course includes educational activities in the following forms: lectures, practical lessons, independent work and the following teaching methods: scientific discussion, modelling professional situations, project work.
Assessment methods and criteria
the formative evaluation includes the following forms: oral and written answers at practical sessions, tests, project preparation and presentation. The summative assessment takes the form of an exam: • Maximum grade on the exam – 40 points (4х10 points), minimum grade (positive evaluation), plus term grade – 24 points (60% of the highest grade for the test); • The following learning outcomes are assessed on the exam: LO 1.1 – 1.4; LO 2.1 – 2.4;
