1. Before starting this course, students should know the main stages and characteristics of the socio-historical process; 2. To be able to collect and interpret information about the phenomena and phenomena of social life, socio-political processes and events; 3. Possess elementary skills of scientific research and information management; critical attitude and forecasting regarding political, economic, cultural events and phenomena;
Course content
The educational discipline "Sociology" is included in the cycle of selective educational disciplines. The subject of this academic discipline is the main sociological functioning and development of modern society, politics and power, human interaction with social and political institutions, special characteristics of modern Ukrainian society in a comparative context.
