To know: theoretical and methodological approaches to understanding the concept of "organization" and "social organization"; the main stages of institutionalization and features of the process of institutionalization in the social sphere; spheres of strategic planning of social organization; factors for the need for innovation in social organizations; causes of conflicts in the organization; be able to: characterize the main features of social organizations; distinguish between approaches to understanding the essence of the process of institutionalization; highlight the leading psychological properties of a person that can be used in the formation of the personnel policy of a social organization; to diagnose the main types of people's behavior in conflict situations; plan the main stages of the procedure for positioning social organizations;

The aim of the discipline is to master the theoretical and methodological foundations of knowledge for building new organizational forms of the modern social sphere. The course "Institutionalization of social organizations" involves the analysis of existing theoretical approaches to understanding the essence of social institutions. The stages of the process of institutionalization are distinguished. An analysis of the features of the functioning of modern social institutions, such as the family, education, the media, and private property, is presented. The content of the course emphasizes that lifestyle changes affect the understanding of the value system. The transformation of social need, which was the main prerequisite for the emergence of social institutions, into interest, intention has been studied. Modern social transformations are taking place on completely new principles. Social networks in modern society are increasingly acquiring institutional features.

Lecture, seminar, practical tasks, discussion of discussion issues

Oral answers, practical tasks, projects, tests. The maximum number of points per semester is 60 points. The form of the test is oral, according to previously sent creative tasks and projects. The minimum number of points for admission to the credit is 36 points. The number of points scored per semester is announced in advance.
