Prerequisites and co-requisites
Successful mastering of the courses "Anatomy of the CNS and physiology of HNA" and "Methods of brain research". Possession of basic skills of scientific research, search, processing and analysis of information from various sources, the use of information and communication technologies.
Course content
To acquaint students with current problems of brain organization of emotions and methods of studying the emotional sphere, its features in the norm, as well as local brain damage and various mental disorders. The discipline "Neuropsychology of emotions and physicality" is aimed at forming a fundamental knowledge of students about the basic concepts, goals and objectives of affective neuroscience. Teaches students to understand the basic principles and patterns of functioning of the emotional brain. Introduces classical and modern approaches to the study of emotions.

Assessment methods and criteria
1. Oral answers - LO 1.1, 1.2, 3.1 - 26 points / 13 points 2. Additions - LO 1.1, 1.2, 3.1 - 14 points / 7 points 3. Report - LO 1.1, 1.2, 2.1, 3.1 - 20/10 points 4. Abstract work on modern issues of neuropsychology - LO 1.1, 1.2, 2.1 - 20/10 points 5. Final test - LO 1.1, 1.2, 2.1, 2.2 - 20/10 points The credit is given to the student based on the results of the work during the semester. The threshold level of positive evaluation is 60 points. Thus, the final grade consists of the sum of points for different types of work that the student must complete.
