Know the theoretical and applied principles theories of communicative management, main development trends communications and communicative mechanisms, basic theories and conceptual approaches to definition such concepts as "communications", "communicative management"; "communicative strategy"; "communicative influence"; "communication technologies" 1.2 Know the main development trends communications and communicative mechanisms 2.1 Be able to determine efficiency systems of communication management, as well as to present for specialists in the field of public management and the general public the results of their activities

- Know the basics of management, administration, organization and system theory; trends in the development of communications and communicative mechanisms, theories of the public management and administration, legal and organizational principles of political and administrative activities; procedures used in the communicative activity of public bodies power and public administration. - Ability to apply basic categories, concepts, and terms during analysis political and managerial activities, plan, organize and analyze the system communication management in the conditions of modern social development; generalize scientific literature on public management and administration, organizational management, use methods of development of communication systems.

Lectures, seminars, individual analytical task, independent tasks

Knowledge control is carried out according to the ECTS system, which involves two levels assessment of learned material, in particular assessment of theoretical training - results training (knowledge 1.1 - 1.3), which is 25% of the total grade for the semester and assessment of practical training - learning outcomes (skills 2.1 - 2.4; communication 3.1 - 3.2; autonomy 4.1 – 4.3), which is 75% of the total grade for the semester.
