Learning outcomes
PLO 1. To know the theoretical and applied principles of development and analysis of public policy, the foundations and technologies of management decision-making. PLO 6. Carry out effective management of innovations, resources, risks, projects, changes, quality, apply modern models, approaches and technologies, international experience in the design and reorganization of management and general organizational structures. PLO 11. Develop well-founded management decisions taking into account issues of European and Euro-Atlantic integration, take into account goals, existing legislative, time and resource limitations, evaluate political, social, economic and environmental consequences of decision options.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
Know: the conceptual and categorical apparatus of project management in the public sphere, the main goals, functions and processes in project management; main directions and essential content of project structuring; project planning tools in the public sphere; theoretical and methodological foundations of effective design. Be able to: critically interpret basic scientific approaches, theories, concepts, conventions of public management on the basis of project management, as well as models, forms and methods of managing projects and programs in the public sphere and establish relationships between them; manage the project life cycle.

Assessment methods and criteria
Assessment methods: tests, surveys, discussions, independent tasks, analytical tasks, presentations, tests. Assessment criteria: knowledge control is carried out according to the ECTS system, which provides for a two-level assessment of the acquired material, in particular the assessment of theoretical training and assessment of practical training. Semester assessment (MAX - 60 points / MIN - 36 points). The final grade is defined as the sum of grades (points) for all successfully assessed learning outcomes during the semester (grades below the minimum threshold level are not added to the final grade) and the grade obtained during the exam. The maximum number of points that can be received by a student is 100 points
