Learning outcomes
PRN7. Be able to identify, set and solve professional tasks, analyze information from various sources, prepare and present research results in accordance with requirements.
PRN 8. To be able to use information and communication technologies and, on this basis, to form an effective system of providing support for decision-making regarding the prevention, counteraction and neutralization of threats to national security.
PRN 10. To be able to analyze challenges and threats to national security.
PRN 19. To be able to use methods and tools of organizing social interaction and resolving conflicts in the field of professional activity, practical skills, tactics and techniques, working with people in the interests of official activities.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
Know: the conceptual and categorical apparatus of project management in the public sphere, the main goals, functions and processes in project management; main directions and essential content of project structuring; project planning tools in the public sphere; theoretical and methodological foundations of effective design.
Be able to: critically interpret basic scientific approaches, theories, concepts, conventions of public management on the basis of project management, as well as models, forms and methods of managing projects and programs in the public sphere and establish relationships between them; manage the project life cycle.

CONTENT MODULE 1
“Theoretical foundations of project management”
Topic 1. General characteristics of project management
Topic 2. Life cycle of the project. Project management processes.
Topic 3. Stages of development of projects and programs and their characteristics.
Topic 4. Technologies for planning the implementation of projects and programs.
Topic 5. Toolkit of analysis and evaluation criteria of projects and programs.
Topic 6. Functional aspects of project analysis.
CONTENT MODULE 2
"Project-oriented management in the public sphere in the public sphere"
Topic 7. Public management on the basis of project management.
Topic 8. Administration of the main types of projects and programs in the public sphere and their features.
Topic 9. Basics of grantwriting in the public sphere.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods
Lecture, practical classes, seminars, independent work.
Assessment methods and criteria
Assessment methods: tests, surveys, discussions, independent tasks, analytical tasks, presentations, tests.
Assessment criteria: knowledge control is carried out according to the ECTS system, which provides for a two-level assessment of the acquired material, in particular the assessment of theoretical training and assessment of practical training.
Semester assessment (MAX - 80 points / MIN - 48 points).
The final control is carried out in the form of a written test, which is evaluated with a maximum of 20 points and is conducted in one of the last practical classes in the discipline.
The test is set based on the results of the student's work throughout the semester.
