Prerequisites and co-requisites
To successfully study the course, students must know the main stages and characteristics of the historical and cultural process, the place of ethics among the philosophical sciences; to be able to collect and interpret information about the phenomena and phenomena of culture, cultural processes and events; to single out actual socio-cultural problems and substantiate the principles and ways of solving them; have elementary skills of scientific research and information management; critical attitude and forecasting regarding political, economic, cultural and artistic events and phenomena; use of foreign language professional informative sources.
Course content
The goal of the discipline: to provide students with a holistic understanding of the range of issues of professional and corporate ethics as relevant fields of knowledge and practice, the specifics of ethical and applied research methods and ethical judgments, and the ability to use them in solving specific analytical and research tasks regarding moral conflicts in modern practices.Abstract. The course "Professional and Corporate Ethics" is aimed at the formation of an educated specialist, ethically competent and morally oriented to conscientious, conscious and ethically balanced performance of professional activities. The subject field of applied, professional and corporate ethics, their place in the structure of ethical knowledge, features of ethical regulation of professional activity, ethical dimensions of professionalism are determined. The mission and structure of the ethical infrastructure as a tool for managing values in professional and corporate activities, models and functions of ethical units and ethical documents, etc. are clarified. The discipline ends with a test.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods
The course provides for the following forms of organization of study: lectures, seminar classes and unsupervised work. The main types of work and, accordingly, the objects of semester control are: classwork (oral answers and additions in seminar classes), participation in debates and discussions at lectures, essays (lecture module) and final control work. A student can score a maximum of 100 points and a minimum of 60 points for performing the prescribed types of work. In detail, the criteria for evaluating the types of works during the semester are presented in the work program of the discipline, published on the official website of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Philology.
Assessment methods and criteria
The final number of points for the discipline (maximum 100 points) is defined as the sum of points for systematic work during the semester, taking into account the final test work. The credit is given based on the results of the student's work throughout the semester in lectures and seminars and does not include additional evaluation measures. For students who scored a total of fewer points than the critical minimum of 60 points, in order to receive credit, it is necessary to compose material on the topics for which the debt arose. The evaluation criteria are presented in detail in the work program of the discipline, published on the official website of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Philology.
