Learning outcomes
PLO 2. Confidently speak a foreign (English) language for written and oral communication, in particular in situations of professional and scientific communication; present the results of their research in a foreign language. Apply knowledge of expressive, emotional, logical means of language and speech techniques to achieve the planned pragmatic result and organise successful communication. Create, analyse and edit texts of different styles and genres. 19. Appreciate the diversity and multiculturalism of the world and be guided in their activities by the modern principles of tolerance, dialogue and cooperation.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
To be able to apply linguistic tools in practice; to have a sufficient level of knowledge to read English; to have the most accurate understanding of the text in English; to be able to articulate their thoughts when communicating in English; to have good writing skills, both formal and informal; to be able to accurately distinguish between different grammatical structures and use them skilfully in practice; to apply critical thinking to solve linguistic problems and exercises.
