PLO 5. Describe the content of the functional areas of the organization. PLO 8. Apply management methods to ensure the effectiveness of organizations of various types of economic activity.

Full-time form

1. Successful mastering of the courses: "Economic Theory", "Statistics for Economists", "Finance", "Enterprise Economics", "Management", "Organization Management", "Marketing", "International Economics", "Investments", "Personnel Management". 2. Knowledge of theoretical bases of economic theory, macro- and microeconomics, psychology, sociology, law. 3. To be able to calculate characteristics that describe the foreign economic activity of the company; to process statistical data; to analyze statistical information.

Content module 1. "Theoretical foundations of management of foreign economic activity. Foreign economic activity of enterprises and its importance in economic development. The essence of the management of foreign economic activity of the company. Regulation of foreign economic activity of the company. General functions of management of foreign economic activity. The concept and structure of a foreign economic contract. Content module 2. "Applied aspects of the management of foreign economic activity of enterprises". Organization of the preparation and signing of a foreign economic contract. Management of foreign trade operations of the company. Management of the activities of companies with foreign capital. Transport support of management of foreign economic operations. Efficiency of foreign economic activity. Risk management in the implementation of foreign economic activity of enterprises.
