PLO 1. Critically comprehend, select and use the necessary scientific, methodological, and analytical tools for management in unpredictable conditions. PLO 7. Organize and carry out effective communication within the team, with representatives of various professional groups, and in an international context. PLO 12. Plan and conduct research, demonstrate the results of scientific work, and prepare them for publication.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. Successful mastering of the courses "Management", "Fundamentals of science and technology and innovation policy", "Organization and management of innovations". 2. Knowledge of the theoretical foundations of macro- and microeconomics, psychology, sociology, law, economic theory, finance, business economics. 3. Be able to calculate economic indicators, process statistical data, analyze statistical information. 4. Have basic skills: mathematical modeling, forecasting, using Microsoft Office Word, Microsoft Office Excel, Microsoft Power Point.
Course content
Content module 1. "Theoretical principles of system organization and innovation management". A theoretical and methodological platform of system organization and management of innovations. The essence of system organization and innovation management. Institutional support of systemic innovative development. Innovative ecosystem, its characteristics. Systemic innovative development of regions. Monitoring of systemic innovative development. Content module 2. "Practical aspects of system organization and innovation management". Strategic aspects of system organization and management of innovations in Ukraine. Legal support of innovative development in Ukraine. Potential of innovative development in Ukraine. Infrastructural support of innovative development in Ukraine. Systemic innovation development of Ukraine in the context of integration into the world innovation space.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods
Problem-oriented learning: lectures; seminars; discussion; consideration of practical situations; performance of situational tasks; performance and presentation of group and individual tasks; consultations; independent work .
Assessment methods and criteria
Semester assessment: 1. Oral interview, discussion (LO 1; 2.1, 2.2 .; 3.1) - 10 points / 6 points; 2. Situational-analytical, test tasks (LO 1; 2.1-2.3) - 10 points / 6 points; 3. Modular tests (2 tests, 10 points max. each) (LO 1; 2.1-2.3; 4) - 20 points / 12 points; 4. Creative individual and group tasks (LO 1; 2.1-2.3; 3; 4) - 20 points / 12 points. Module 1: assessment for seminar work, performance of individual tasks and control work on the theoretical foundations of system organization and management of innovations - 30 points (marginal score of 18 points). Module 2: assessment for seminar work, performance of individual, group tasks and control work on practical aspects of system organization and innovation management - 30 points (limit score of 18 points). The final assessment is conducted in the form of an exam.
