Knowledge of the theoretical foundations of chemistry, physics, cytology, biochemistry
Ability to independently apply knowledge of chemistry, physics, general biology and other disciplines, use a computer, work with scientific literature.
Course content
The course is devoted to the basic mechanisms of biological processes at the molecular level. The principles of structural organization of proteins, nucleic acids and macromolecular complexes are considered; structural organization of the hereditary apparatus of the cell; molecular mechanisms of transcription, RNA processing, protein biosynthesis, replication, repair and recombination of DNA; mechanisms of regulation of biomolecular processes; principles of molecular biology methods.

3. Evaluation of laboratory work: PH 2.1-2.3, 3.1-10 points / 5 points
4. Problem solving, oral reports, additions: PH 1.1 - 3.1 - 10 points / 5 points
