Know the main characteristics of subjects, objects, resources of power and the transformation of ideas about its essence; approaches to the role of political power in society and technologies for its implementation Be able to use your own activities, the evolution of ideas about determinants of state policy in sphere of national security; To be able to apply the tools of countering organizational wars as a priority in the field of national security autonomy and responsibility: demonstrate an understanding of personal responsibility for professional and/or managerial decisions or provided proposals/recommendations that may affect the process of socio-economic development of the region;

External form

1. To know: theoretical foundations of public administration and its development in context global governance; the mission of the public service institute in the context of ensuring the safety of life of a person (individual), society and state institutions; main trends evolution of the specified institute in Ukraine. 2. To be able to: identify factors that allow to evaluate a social phenomenon, which is denoted by the concept of "national security" when making management decisions; 3.Possess the skills of: system analysis in the study of national security, national values and national interests; search using modern information technologies for the necessary information (including in foreign language sources) and its critical interpretation when solving management tasks related to protection national values and implementation of national interests.

Planned educational activities and teaching methods Lectures, practical classes, seminars classes, independent work.

Methods and criteria of assessment Knowledge control is carried out according to the ECTS system, which provides for a two-level evaluation of the learned material, in particular, evaluation of theoretical training - learning outcomes (knowledge 1.1 - 1.9), which makes up 40% of the total evaluation and evaluation of practical training – learning outcomes (skills 2.1-2.8); (communication 3.1-3.3); (autonomy and responsibility 4.1-4.3), which is 60% of the total grade for the semester. Final evaluation in the form of an exam: Written exam - 24 / 40 points
