Learning outcomes
Learning outcomes -Conceptual foundations of the theory and practice of administrative management - Methodological foundations of planning, organization, motivation and control in administrative management - The main aspects of management theory in crisis situations, types, functions and - Basics of organization and management innovative processes from both positions fields of knowledge, as well as practical activities - Use scientific and applied material of the discipline when solving professional tasks - To reveal the ability to accept and implementation of management decisions in martial law conditions on the basis of ensuring a compromise of the interests of various organizations, the public, of the state - Correctly orient yourself in modern times forms and methods of work of managers - Apply the skills of independent decision-making, be a leader, bear responsibility for the strategic development of the team

Prerequisites and co-requisites
Prerequisites and additional requirements 1.Successful completion of the courses "Management", "Public administration in the economic sphere", "History and theory of public administration and administration", "Economic theory". 2. Knowledge of the theoretical foundations of economics, psychology, sociology, law, economics theories, basic principles of enterprise operation and management. 3. Ability to calculate economic indicators, process statistical data, analyze statistical information. 4. Possession of elementary skills: forecasting, use of Microsoft Office Word, Microsoft Office Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint.

Assessment methods and criteria
Methods and criteria of assessment – semester evaluation (MAX – 80 points / MIN – 48 points): 1. Performance of practical classes - max. 35 points / min. 21 points. 2. Control work - max. 20 points / min. 12 points 3. Independent work - max. 5 points / min. 3 points 4. Individual analytical work - mach. 20 points / min. 12 points. Rescheduling the semester control in order to improve a positive grade is not allowed is allowed - final assessment The final control is carried out in the form of a written control work, which is assessed at a maximum of 20 points and is conducted at one of the last practical classes in the discipline.
