Learning outcomes
Learning outcomes Know: the basic concepts of document circulation, types and classification of documents in the bodies of executive power and local self-government; Know the regulatory and legal support of document circulation, electronic and analytical documents in the field of public management and administration. Be able to: use the system electronic document circulation, apply search and generalization information, analytical methods for carrying out an analysis of the state assessment document circulation in the field of public management and administration; autonomy and responsibility: demonstrate the ability to form judgments about the motives and consequences of the introduction of electronic governance in the field of public management and administration, taking into account scientific, political, social, moral factors; the ability to continue learning with a significant degree of autonomy

Prerequisites and co-requisites
Prerequisites and additional requirements 1. To know: the basic principles of electronic document flow and electronic digital signature and the essence and meaning of an electronic document; theoretical foundations of the analysis of the basis of the classification of information documents; the basics of the methodology of compiling a bibliographic description; international and domestic experience in implementing an automated document processing system 2.Be able to evaluate and analyze the state of e-government, apply acquired skills in practical activities; use the best foreign and domestic experience in this field of activity; 3. To have the skills of analysis, synthesis, processing and visualization of statistical data, working with the legal framework, design and presentation of data using Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.).

Assessment methods and criteria
Methods and criteria of assessment – semester evaluation (MAX – 80 points / MIN – 48 points): Rescheduling the semester control in order to improve a positive grade is not allowed is allowed - final assessment Final control is carried out in the form of a written test, which is estimated at a maximum of 20 points and is conducted at one of the last practical classes in the discipline. The final grade for the discipline is assigned to the student based on the results of work during the semester as the sum of points received during the academic semester, including points received for independent work and final control work.
