            Learning outcomes
        
        
            Know the criteria for the difference between applied, professional and corporate ethics; the basic principles of moral regulation in the modern world and understand the ethical principles of a civil servant’s work. Possess the contents of existing codes of ethics for practicing public servants. Determine the place and status of applied ethics in the structure of modern social and humanitarian knowledge; the values and principles underlying the professional ethics of a practicing civil servant. Analyze the issues of the real state of the civil servants work through the prism of professional ethics. Use the categorical conceptual apparatus of ethics and deontology of a civil servant. Understand the relationship and development of corporate culture and ethics and professional culture and ethics. 
Use the principles of professional ethics in the course of their professional activities. Carry out effective communication

            Prerequisites and co-requisites
        
        
            1. Successful mastery of such disciplines as «Ethics», «History of psychological doctrines», «Sociology», etc., which are studied as part of the Bachelor program. 
2. The student must know: the theory of social systems functioning, the history of the theory of public administration formation. 
3. The student should be able to: analyze the content of the key concepts of public administration, generalize and correlate various conceptual approaches to the study of social phenomena, analyze the existing legal and regulatory framework regarding the practical work of civil servants and apply theoretical models in practice. 
4. The student must possess basic skills such as: public communication, activity planning, performance evaluation, building professional interaction.

Topic 4. Corporate social responsibility. Principles of CSR. 
 Topic 5. Professional ethics of management. 
Topic 6. Professional and ethical requirements for the rules of conduct of local self-government officials. 
Topic 7. Norms and standards of public servants’ conduct. 
Topic 8. Standards of public servants’ good faith and ethical behavior.

             Final assessment: credit. 
Admission to the credit: Mandatory for the test is the performance of modular tests and obtaining a total of at least 60 points. 
For students who scored a total point of less than the critical minimum - 36 points - must complete modular tests and tasks for independent work. Semester assessment (MAX - 80 points / MIN - 48 points); final test (MAX - 20 points / MIN - 12 points); final grade (MAX - 100 points / MIN - 60 points).
